Privacy Policy
How Pranly, developed by DSLR Labs, handles information when you use the Android or iOS app.

1 About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pranly handles information when you use our Android or iOS application. The operator of Pranly is DSLR Labs. Privacy contact: dslrlabstech@gmail.com.
Pranly does not require an account. We do not operate a backend database for your breathing practice or use a separate analytics SDK.
2 Information stored on your device
Pranly stores the following locally to provide its features:
- Onboarding status and your selected breathing routine and duration
- Completed session history, completion dates, streaks, session totals, and breathing minutes
- Reminder preferences and selected reminder time
- Theme, sound, and haptic preferences
- Cached purchase entitlement information
- Whether the free iOS session has been completed
This practice information is not uploaded to a Pranly server or supplied by Pranly to advertisers.
Pranly does not require your name, email address, contacts, microphone, camera, or precise device location for breathing practice.
3 Android advertising
The Android version uses Google AdMob to display banner advertisements on eligible non-session screens. Advertisements do not appear during session preparation, breathing, completion, streak celebrations, or purchase screens.
Google's advertising services may process IP addresses, device or advertising identifiers, interaction information, and diagnostics. An IP address may be used to estimate approximate location. These services use information for purposes including advertising, measurement, and fraud prevention, subject to their configuration, applicable requirements, and privacy choices. Where applicable, Pranly uses Google's consent tools to present privacy choices before requesting advertisements. An “Advertising privacy choices” option is available in Settings when required by the consent system. You can also manage advertising identifiers through Android's device settings.
When the Android Remove Ads entitlement is recognized, Pranly does not request banner advertisements. This does not delete information previously processed by advertising providers.

4 iOS advertising
The iOS version of Pranly contains no advertisements and does not initialize Google AdMob or its advertising consent flow.
5 Purchases
Purchases and restoration are handled through Google Play on Android and Apple's App Store on iOS.
Pranly receives transaction and ownership information needed to recognize purchases, restore access, and maintain a local entitlement cache. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details.
The stores process payment and account information under their own policies:
Purchases require store connectivity. Previously verified access can remain available offline using the local cache.
6 Daily reminders
Reminders are optional local notifications scheduled on your device. Pranly requests notification permission when appropriate. We do not use a remote push-notification service for these reminders.
You can disable reminders in Pranly or revoke notification permission in your device settings.
7 Support communications
If you contact us, we receive the information you voluntarily provide, such as your email address and message. We use it to respond and resolve your request. Please avoid sending sensitive medical or payment information.
Support correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to resolve requests and meet applicable obligations.
8 Retention and deletion
Practice information remains on your device until the app's data is removed.
On Android, you can clear Pranly's storage through device settings or uninstall the app. On iOS, deleting the app — not merely offloading it — normally removes its local data.
Android app backup is disabled in the current configuration. iOS device backups may include app data, and restoring a backup may restore that information. Backup management follows your device and backup provider's settings.
We cannot remotely access or delete practice history stored only on your device. Removing local data does not cancel a store purchase or erase records held by Apple, Google, or advertising providers.
9 Security
We rely on the operating system's application storage protections and the security mechanisms of our service providers. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
10 Your privacy choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict processing of personal information, withdraw consent, or complain to a relevant authority.
Contact dslrlabstech@gmail.com regarding information we hold. Requests relating to information independently held by Apple or Google may also need to be directed to those providers.
Third-party services may process information outside your country under their applicable policies and safeguards.
11 Children
Pranly is a general wellness app and is not specifically directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has provided personal information to us.
12 Changes and contact
We may update this policy when our features or data practices change. The effective date will reflect the latest version. We will provide additional notice where required.
