Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of TryCut AI, a product built by DhruvLabs.

1 The service
TryCut AI lets you upload a photo and preview yourself with different hairstyles, generated by an AI image model. Some styles and features require a paid subscription or purchased credits.
2 Your account
You create an account by signing in with your Google account; we don't collect or store a password. You're responsible for keeping your Google account secure. You must be old enough to consent to this agreement under the law of your jurisdiction.
3 Acceptable use
Only upload photos of yourself, or photos you have permission to use. Do not upload photos of anyone else without their consent. Do not attempt to generate content that violates applicable law or the acceptable-use policies of our AI provider.
4 Subscriptions and credits
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, billed through the App Store or Play Store. Credits are consumable, one-time purchases and do not expire. Prices are shown at the time of purchase and may vary by region. Cancel anytime through your App Store / Play Store account settings — cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
Refunds are handled by the App Store or Play Store under their own refund policies. If a purchase is refunded, we remove the corresponding credits from your account, which may leave your balance negative; new generations are blocked until the balance is settled.
5 Content
You own the photos you upload. You grant us a limited license to process them solely to generate your requested preview. Generated results are yours to keep, download, and share. We do not claim ownership of either your uploaded photos or the results generated from them.
6 Termination
You may delete your account at any time from within the app; see our Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate section 3.
7 Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is." AI-generated previews are approximations and may not perfectly represent how a hairstyle would look in reality.
