If you no longer want to use TryCut AI, you can request deletion of your account and associated data using the options below.

Request Account Deletion
TryCut AI accounts are created with Google Sign-In, so please include the email address associated with your TryCut AI account in your request. You can also add an optional reason.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to support.trycut@gmail.com. Sending it does not delete your account immediately — we will process your request according to our Privacy Policy.
1 What gets deleted
Some of this happens automatically the moment you delete your account from inside the TryCut AI app; the rest — your underlying Google/Firebase sign-in identity — is completed manually once we receive your request through this page. See our Privacy Policy for the full, authoritative details, including what's retained and why.
- Your Firebase Authentication sign-in identity and Firestore profile record (email, display name, profile photo URL) — removed once we process a request submitted here
- Your uploaded photos and generated results stored in Amazon S3 — deleted automatically when you delete your account in the app
- Your generation history records in Amazon DynamoDB — deleted automatically when you delete your account in the app
- Your cached subscription-status record — deleted automatically when you delete your account in the app
Your credit-transaction ledger is retained after deletion, stripped of any generated content, for accounting and fraud-prevention purposes — exactly as described in the Privacy Policy.
2 Deleting your account vs. uninstalling the app
Uninstalling TryCut AI does not itself submit an account deletion request. Your account, sign-in identity, and any data not yet removed will still exist until you delete your account from within the app and/or submit a request through this page. Deleting your account may affect your access to TryCut AI and any associated data or services going forward.
