Delete your Amoro account
You can delete your Amoro account and all of its data yourself in the app, or ask us to do it using the options below.

Delete it yourself, right now
Open Amoro and go to Settings › Privacy & your data › Delete everything, then type DELETE to confirm. Everything is erased immediately.

Amoro accounts are created with Google Sign-In (or Sign in with Apple), so please include the email address associated with your Amoro account. You can also add an optional reason.

This opens your email app with a pre-filled message to dslrlabstech@gmail.com. Sending it does not delete your account immediately — we will process your request within 30 days, in line with our Privacy Policy.
1 What gets deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- Your account and sign-in record
- Your boyfriend, chats, memories, running note and interests
- His portrait, pictures, voice notes and any picture you uploaded
- Your coin balance and usage records
Encrypted backups held by our database provider may keep copies for up to 30 days before they are overwritten. Purchase records held by Google Play, the App Store and RevenueCat stay with them under their own policies. Cancel any subscription separately in your store account settings.
2 Deleting your account vs. uninstalling the app
Uninstalling Amoro does not delete your account. Your data stays until you delete your account in the app or send a request through this page.
