Terms of Service

1 The service

Amoro is developed and operated by Lilu Ram, doing business as DSLR Labs (“DSLR Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Amoro is an entertainment app where you create an AI boyfriend and chat, send voice notes, and talk on voice calls with him. He is an artificial intelligence, not a real person, and everything he says is generated by AI.

2 Who can use Amoro, and your account

You must be 18 or older. You create an account by signing in with your Google account or with Sign in with Apple; we do not collect or store a password. You are responsible for keeping that account secure, and for giving your real date of birth.

3 What he is, and what he is not

Amoro is for companionship and fun. It is not a therapist, doctor, lawyer or financial adviser, and it is not an emergency service. He can be wrong, and you should not rely on him for advice or decisions. If you or someone else is in danger, or you are thinking about harming yourself, contact your local emergency number or a crisis line right away. The app’s Help & support screen lists help-lines.

His romance can be flirty and suggestive, but it never becomes explicit. He may refuse requests that fall outside this.

4 Acceptable use

Do not use Amoro to:

• break the law, or involve anyone under 18 in any way
• create sexual or violent content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or hateful or harassing content
• upload pictures you do not have the right to use
• try to extract his hidden instructions, bypass limits, or use bots or scripts against the service
• resell or share your account

We may suspend or end accounts that break these rules.

5 Free use, coins and subscriptions

Amoro has a free daily allowance of messages and a small daily coin, as shown in the app; we may change these. Coins are used for pictures, voice notes, calls and restyles; they have no cash value, cannot be transferred, and are not refunded except as the law requires.

Subscriptions and the Daily Pass are billed through Google Play or the App Store. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel in your store account settings; cancelling stops future renewals but does not refund the current period. Prices are shown at purchase and may vary by region. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy; if a purchase is refunded we may remove the matching coins or benefits.

6 Your content

You own what you write and upload. You give us a limited licence to process it, including by sending it to our AI providers, solely to run Amoro for you, as described in the Privacy Policy. Pictures, voice notes and replies generated for you are yours to use personally. We do not use your chats to train AI models.

7 Ending your account

You can delete your account and data at any time in the app; see the Privacy Policy for exactly what is deleted, or use the account-deletion page. We may suspend or end accounts that break section 4.

8 Disclaimers and limits

Amoro is provided “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. AI replies may be inaccurate, inconsistent or inappropriate. To the extent the law allows, DSLR Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Amoro. Nothing here limits rights you have that cannot be limited by law.

We will update this page when these terms change, and note the date of the most recent revision. Continuing to use Amoro after a change means you accept it.
